We built and scaled companies, and watched the same pattern repeat. Vendor spend starts manageable, then gets opaque. Subscriptions multiply. Retainers stack up. Nobody has the full picture.

We looked for tools that could help. Everything was built for enterprises with procurement teams and six-figure budgets. Those tools only covered SaaS and ignored the agencies, services, and consultants that make up half of what a growing company spends.

What inspired us  to close that gap is how AI is disrupting the vendor landscape. Every category of tool, service, and provider is being repriced, replaced, or fundamentally improved. The companies flying blind will keep wasting dollars on vendors the market has already moved past.

Former MD of Y&R (WPP). Co-founder of Mutinex, where he scaled the company to over 100 people and over 100 vendors. He knows what it looks like when vendor spend grows faster than your ability to track it. Now building the tool he wished he had.
Darren McMurtrie
Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer
Co-founder of Assembly Payments (Zai), scaled to 140 people and over 150 vendors. Former COO at Hapana, 120 people and over 100 vendors. Two companies, hundreds of vendor relationships managed without a dedicated tool. He built Ensurva so nobody else has to do it that way.
